Tooltip/Screentip box; increase size or alternative?

So I have issue where the size of the tooltip box is to small & I'd like to increase it.

This is a hyperlink anchor screentip.

I don't want to increase font, I want to increase the size of the box. If that's not possible, is there an alternative to this issue? ie custom made. I need it to show on mouse hover, & preferably with the hyperlink.

This is exactly what I need. Is there a way to set the size of the box dynamically based on how much text is in it, so it's not chopped off?
