Finding matching data L7

I have a macro finddata but currently its not working correctly. If a row Column A match L7 then the corresponding column B data must be written(Copied) in in Column O. L7 will change daily.In the example 2.3 is highligted in column A every occurance of 2.3 the number next to it orange must be copied to column O2

The results I wanted is in Column Q but the macro finddata is not correct -any rep given for a solution to make it work correctly -something wrong as it use a loop to find the data

Currently the results in Column O is not correct it must be the data in Column Q if it works

You had declared decimalvalue as long (ie a whole number) which will convert 2.3 to 2 & that is what your code then looked for.
Also whilst you were looking for 2.3, most of your values were 2.333333 which is not the same.
