paste values between sheets

Hi to all.
In the attached workbook there are some formulas in the "trend annuale" sheet:
=SE(sicurezza!$F$2=C$4;sicurezza!$Q70;"")
that copy cell values Q70:Q72 of sheet "sicurezza/qualità/input" in the sheet "trend annuale"
the problem is that changing the month in sheet "sicurezza"
the values must remain now instead, changing the month the values of the previous month disappear.
