Set appointment in someone else's outlook calendar

I have recurring files that have a future date in A1, time in A2 and description of meeting in A3. I would like to have a macro that I can easily execute which will set an appointment in my manager's outlook calendar based on that criteria.

I found some code online to try but it doesn't seem to work.

I did and copied my code from there. It works but only on the computer that is being used. It does not send the appointment to others. Any ideas on how to do that?

I had assumed that this line is what sent the appointment to others-
