Find dates in current year and previous year delete rows.

I need help looking in sheet 'Client Export' column P, for a date that is in the current year or previous year and the following:

1. Delete the row in Client Export
2. Use the # in column C to match potentially multiple rows in "Client Billing Setup" column D and delete those rows.
