    Pulling Certain Information From a Worksheet Using VBA

    Hi everyone. I have attached an Excel workbook. The first column is what the data currently looks like and the "Goals" column is what I'd like it to look like. I do have some VBA experience, however, this is proving very difficult for me. Any guidance would be beyond appreciated. I always love learning techniques from this forum.

    Where do you find departement #3 to 7 in source data according to your expected result ?

    alansidman: Thank you for this, however, this actually doesn't end up working for me as I go through the data manipulation. I do need to have it in the exact format that it shows in the Excel file I attached after more deep-thought. Can you help me with this? My apologies.

    Thank you to everyone who helped :D I got it figured out with my own code in VBA and it worked really well! It was a much longer code than Jindon provided sadly lol
