I have an excel sheet "Details" where I will enter the data in Column B, C and D.

In column F I have a Filter Criteria. I need Macro to Select Shape in cells of column E based on filter criteria from Column F.

The Criteria and related shape given on sheet "Variance".

Also need macro to adjust the row height as per the data entered and wrap text but minimum height should be 21.60 to fit the shape.
