Convert Combo box Result/Selection to CSV File

We are trying to import a Third party .XLS Excel file into a SQL database by converting Spreadsheet into CSV.

However there are "combo boxes" that fail to supply the result. The field in the resulting csv file either ends up blank or listing ALL options on Combo Box List.

Keen to hear if anyone has alternative solution to this problem.

Can you attach a sample of the xls and the csv.

Go Advanced -> Manage Attachments -> Upload
