Refining the contents of a combo box drop down list that utilises additem suffix

Hi there.

I am currently working on a small side project at work, where I have a user form that will be utilised for data entry.

On said form, I have a section that utilises cbo boxes in order to tag key details to the generated record. Following from this, I then have secondary cbo's that show values based off of the prior data selection.

This is accomplished via IF statements.

The issue I have is that my cbo's duplicate their data contents each time when clicked (after the initial entry when the form is refreshed).

How might I overcome this?
