    Combining multiple excel files into a single sheet

    Hi team,

    I have a requirement of combining multiple customer files on a daily basis to consolidated file. Every day I will get mails from various customers and I will have to manually open each file and consolidate them.

    Can you please help me to simply this problem. I have attached a sample files just for reference.

    All the values should be consolidated in a single separate excel sheet

    That's a shame. PowerQuery would have been an easy way forward, but 2007 doesn't support it.

    Please update your forum user profile, which says 2003.

    Hi Aligw I didn't get your point. But in my office it is only Ms office 2003 and hence I have updated the same. I m doing testing with a sample data.

    You said Office 2007 in post #5.

    My point is that if you had MS Office 2010 or newer you could use the PowerQuery add-in for this job, but my point is moot as your version, whether 2003 or 2007, does not support PowerQuery.

    Hi MrGes,

    I tried this code however all the data is getting copied with the header and format is getting changed while consolidation. Can you please help to copy the header only once and also I need the consolidated file to be generated in the same folder.

    Can you please help me with modification.

    Hi really thanks Mrges.

    The header is copied only once. However does the code generate and save it as a new file in any folder? Or I need to manually save it in the file that I am using.
