Multiple Excels running with their own macros

Hi,
I'm very beginning with programming in VBA and not really professional in Excel (no training at all).

I have a master Excel file which is monitoring some OPC (OLE for Process Control) values. Once value is changed it triggers to copy a template Excel file from a template location and paste it to a reports location, then file is opened by the master Excel file. To keep it automated once copied template is opened it executes its own scripts at startup.
Problem is in: only last opened Excel seems to executes its script, but not previously opened Excels (including master Excel). It might happen in my case, I want to run couple of templates at the same time.

Any ideas how it can be fixed?
