Paste value only

is there anycode i can put it in worksheet change, that if user paste anything, then excel paste only the value even if he paste normal

and i use CRTL V as a short cut


if i paste anything from outside excel its fine, but if i copy from excel its not pasting if i click ctrl v bcoz of macro, excel stats bar says click enter to paste, with right click its pasting normally

any idea?
