Look up values from columns C,I,O and U on SHEET2. If value in range on SHEET2 is on SHEET1, then change the background to YELLOW on sheet2.
(added example) - - in the example, SHEET2 - - C2, C15, I2, O8 and U4 would be yellow - the others remain clear.
