Is it possible to get a "cell" value in listview userform then put it in worksheet ?

I would like to be able to click/select one "cell" from any row which has value under "HARGA" header,
then put the value of the selection into the worksheet's cell.

I've tried google-search, but the result is about how to select the whole row or how to edit it.

I wonder if it's possible or not.

Any kind of respond would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you in advanced.

    Please never mind the question.
    I use ListBox instead.
    Thank you.
