Unlinking Chart from Source Data

Hello,

I'm trying to convert a chart to values only essentially instead of pointing to a range.

David Zemens posted the below on another site which works perfectly for the series.

My trouble is I can't figure out how to reference the Axes or Axis collection or Category? I'm not positive what it is called which has proven its own handicap in attempting to google for it.
