VB Code to copy data from closed workbook to another closed workbook

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.

I have 2 closed workbook wb1 and wb2

I need to copy data from wb1 to wb2.

File Loaction, Sheet Name for data copy and File name is defined in column D and E.

I am using below code to perform my task but it fails.

Please help with this task.
