Highlight duplicate based on condition

Dear Expert,
In my worksheet there are so many row. i want, when i click any cell any row then that row and other duplicate all row will automatically highlighted with yellow color. here duplicate row will declare if column I,Q & R are same data otherwise not duplicate. if active row column I,Q R data is same of any other row same column then active row and that row will duplicate, it can duplicate 1/2/3 or more row also.

All duplicate row will highlight with yellow color and same row not matching data will highlighted with red color.

Example:
In my attached file sheet2 row 2 & 3 is duplicate because here I,Q & R column data is same, that's why both row is highlighted with yellow color. And column D,G,H,O,U,X,Z cell is highlighted with red color because these cell data is not matching with duplicate row.
