Counting of rows that has data

Hello,
I would like to do the following things by a vba macro mentioned below
the first row is a headers so, ignore the same
now we have to count the rows that has data
in the following sample file 3 rows has data so we have to put the result to B1
B1 may have data so we will clear all the data in cell B1 and we will paste the result to B1
in B1 cell instead of this Data2 it will be 3
Could you please help me ?
