    User form add record

    Hello,

    I need help i have table and user form.
    When i fill user form like this:

    And press "Add record" i wanna get all data in my table like this:

    do not transpose the array.
    one set of option buttons are in conflict with the next row

    Oops, that's my fault - I had the rows/columns for the array the wrong way round in the original code and added the transpose for testing

    I then changed the code so the rows/columns were the right way round but forgot to remove the transpose.

    Thank you for help.
    One more question.
    Now i should fill all text boxes, if you wanna add record.
    It is possible make that i can fill sometimes just 1 or 6 or 5 or 2 text boxes ?
