Need press enter key to move down one cell and to the left one cell

Hello,
I have a chart where a macro has made formatting changes and added formulas to existing data.
Now I just need to enter data into two columns on each row but there are over 100 rows.
I would like pressing the enter key on my numeric keypad to take the active cell down and to the left.
Is there a code I can add to my macro for these two columns to make that happen?
In the attached, I would like pressing the enter key to take me from C4 to B5 with the one keystroke
