VBA Copy last 100 data points to new sheet

So I have a code that was copied, that works in exporting the 100 data points, but how could i go about doing this with criteria. I want to pull over the last 100 data points based on a column category.

Say the column is D and the category is PB, where would I assign that in the following code.
