Image Placeholder (Dialog Box upon click)

I would like to insert image placeholder in the Excel worksheet, so when the user clicks on it, dialog box pop-up and user can select the image from their computer. Ideally, I would like for the image to be automatically to be resized to the size of the placeholder but it's not necessary. How do I do it? Also, if you could attach worksheet with your resolution, it would be great.
