Make whole colum as upper case

Hi,

i am setting rng like this:

set rng = .range("A1").currentregion

And now i want to make the 4th column with upper case,
how can i do this?

I tried with:

but i am getting "#NAME?" error.

How can i do this ?

You can not use short cut notation of Evaluate method [] with variable
