Loop with finding text strings in List1 and find in List2 text strings.

Hi,I would like to be able to Loop through List1 column D starting D2 for a text string and check list2 Column G starting G2 AND if found Put number 1 in corresponding row in Column H which all cells in column H contains a Zero
at this stage Nothing is sorted
NOTE: I have shortened List2 considerably to save space, but there are many rows to be considered

I also need to take out the "'" in list1, like Ocean's Thirteen"

I sure hope I am being clear with my request here and would be very grateful if anyone could help me out.

    Many thanks in advance

The List1 is upper case as list2 is not, I accounted for this in the code.
the apostrophe need to be removed or there would not be a match for Ocean's 13

Davesexel, I keep getting error in the code.
I saved the file as List1.xlsm
I put a button in the sheet and assigned the macro
I would really like to keep the code in "Personal" macro sheet
and not use button as List1 changes each day
That is if it is not too much trouble
    Regards
    Graham
    PS got rid of apostrophe

Thank you Davesexcel, I have git this working perfectly, and I really appreciate your help here.
I have gone over the code several time to understand what you have done and it is a learning curve for me.
Saves me a lot of time cutting and paste and lessens data error.
