VBA Code For Charts

I have taken the following code for Excel charts from a recorded macro

I know when converting Recorded Macro code there is usually a way to simplify the code. What is the proper syntax to setting the MinimumScale for "Chart 4" to Excel Named Range "InitDate"? (the 42369 was just to test the VBA code)

Try entering the sheet name before the range like below
