Export worksheets to new workbook vba

I was working on a code to Export worksheets to a new workbook

How i can Change this code to select the file directory myself , to let me choose where to save the new workbook ,and have two options of choosing file name
1. use value of cell B3 from Sheet "Dedicated" or 2. choosing his own name for the new workbook

it is working fine and i like how it looks , also can you tell me if its possible to add a code to Export worksheet like now but just without any formulas so it would not update or change any values.
