Search Record in User Form not finding records that are numeric

I have completed a advanced data entry user form that stores data to a worksheet. The user form has a search record feature that will find records by row which can be selected and edited. Two of the columns (Agent ID) and (Submitted On) will find and return numeric matches however the other columns are showing no record when a numeric search is conducted. The rows will find the alpa records if searched but not the numeric records

I need the search feature to find numeric records in the other column’s

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Workbook attached.
