Auto Generate a Document Reference as soon as Userform is launched

Hi All,

Is there a way to automatically have a Document Reference generated as soon as I click on the "Dispute Form"?

I have attached a sample and would like that functionality to be automated on my dispute form part. I just finished the layout of my form and now trying to figure out its functionality before proceeding with the codes. Reference box labeled "txtDocRef"

I am trying to search and got no luck on this part. Can this userform also migrate a copy to Word?
