Copy Formula from above Row and Paste in current row if a value is selected from a column

In my data sheet, I have columns A to K.

Column A & B have some formulas. Col C to H have Lists (Data validation).

In this scenario, if I select a value in Column C, the the formula in previous row in column A & B should be copied & pasted in current row.

For example:

Rows A2:K15 have data.
Formula columns are A & B.
Formula in Col A15 :

Now,

1) If I select a value in Col C16 (from Data Validation List), then, in Col A16 & B16, above formulas are to be pasted (i.e from A15 to A16; and B15 to B16).

2) Similarly, If I remove a value in C16, then the "values & formulas" in the entire row to be removed (not the data validation formats).
