Referencing a cell when a date exceed another date

Hi, does anyone know how using VBA I can reference a cell if a date exceeds another date.

For example, as you can see from the spreadsheet attached, for the project names stored in column A in sheet 'Weekly Tracker', I want the project names to appear in column T if the Deadline date of that project exceeds the date stated in cell C1 . The deadline dates are stored in column I in the 'Deadlines' sheet.

Would be very grateful for the assistance
