Macro is not pointing out duplicated entries

Hi

I was given a macro by an ex work colleague but it dont seem to be doing what it supposed to do now.

What it is meant to do is look down sheets and point out on sheet 3 if data missing from Tableau or Watford of which it does. I thought that it was supposed to look on the sheets called TAB and STN and if there are duplicated entries within the sheets alone but dont appear to be doing this.

What I need it to do is look across columns A-D in each row on both sheets Tableau and Watford and if any entries duplicated I need it copying into sheet 3 and putting in data as either duplicated in Tableau OR Watford.
