Insert Rows to Right based on Numeric Figure in Cell

Hi,
I have rows with headers and filled with values down of each header depending the header contents. Eg: Type, Quantity, Width, Length, Price are the headers in rows C3, D3, E3, F3, G3 & C5, D5, E5, F5, G5... Below of each header (C4, D4, E4, F4, G4 & C6, D6, E6, F6, G6…) the rows can be filled as “Strong”, “1 (dropdown list between 1-15)”, “15,00”, “25,00” & “500,00”, etc. This pattern is used 20 times as one under the other. I need a worksheet change event to insert rows with “Width-Length” to the right based on the value under Quantity header. If 2 is written then must insert two times, if 3 then three times. But must delete the more rows if quantity is altered less than previous figure. You can check my example sheet to see in details.
