Redacting data

Hello everyone,

I have a spreadsheet with data in it from Column A to AD. In columns E and G are thousands of phones numbers.

Often I am required to redact these numbers for a number of reasons. I've tried via formula, but pasting special does not work on multiple selections so it makes the task very long winded.

I was wondering if anyone knew if this could be done via VBA? For example, replace all cells which contacts numbers of 9 or 11 numbers (numbers only as some will be numbers and digits) only if the cell isnt coloured - i.e. white background and black text.

Anyone have any ideas?
