Vba code to add hyperlink to sheet of another workbook

Hello Everyone,
I have two database
( 1). name it as "Status Database")
( 2). name it as "Reference Database")
Status Database have some reference number in column C.
and same reference number are there in Reference Database in row 1.

what i want to achieve is
when ever an update command is called
macro should lookup the data in column c of status database and search the same in reference database and give its hyperlink to that particular cell.
