Find and replace a text in excel workbooks in folders and within subfolders

Hi all!!

I have the following code (found from google search) which finds and replaces a text within a folder but doesn't do it in the subfolders within the same folder.

Please help me tweak the code to do the necessary adjustment.

PS: Personel Document inspector and compatability is checked for every file so whenever I run this code for replacing and saving, a alert warning appears. Is there anyway to by pass that warning and just plainly save after replacing the text.
