Hi wondering if anyone can help me with this -
I need to create a spreadsheet for parking allocation which would automatically replace the blank/colored cell with a text.
For example, cell A4 and A5 are blank and colored blue, automatically the cell would display H - replacement.
I have attached my spreadsheet and would be so thankful if anyone can help me automate it.

1. 10 is not an Office version - please update your profile.
2. You will need VBA to do anything like this (formulae cannot work with cell formatting in this way) - shall I move the thread for you?
