Adding totals by matching number and dollar amount

I am trying to get the total sum of each group number (ie 42) when filtering by matching receiver and method. Example Recipient - Salvation Army, Method - Donation then adding all group numbers from all fields into one box. I attached a spreadsheet showing what I am trying to do.

Is it matter if filtered or not filtered?
