count oval shape for each name and merge for repeated name

I want counting oval shape where is existed for each name and if repeat the name should merge and summing , if delete the oval shape for some names have already been marked should count again .the result should be in columns M,N and update every time run the macro

That's the way to learn, I knew you were going to ask that becasue it is easier to ask then try things out. You will only lear to work with VBA by trial and error.
I'll work it out for you but you can start for yourself too.
Just curious: how will you know if a name is missing? The inout box just allows you to enter something and it is case sensitve so an errro is easy to maken.
