Looking to download a password protected file from web site using VBA

Greetings, I have a website that contain a price list that I need to download on a regular basis (it is an XLS file), then open it in Excel.
I can open the site and click on the link for the download, and then I get a popup asking for the password.

    passwordscreen.jpg
It then will ask the same question again as a confirmation

I would LIKE to use something like URLDownloadToFileA or something so I don't need to open the browser, but any method is fine.

    Thank you in advance!
    Bruce
