    Smile Macro for Filters

    Hey Guys,

I have an excel sheet which requires manually updating every month. I manually copy some reports in to seperate sheets, then apply a filter on some of the fields. This then in turn updates my dashboard graphs with the data.

I have detailed the filters in a comments box above the column filter. There are 5 reports in total

would anyone be able to automate the filters for me with a macro - im exremely novice at doing macros.

I have attached the file in question.

It would make my life a lot easier each month if you could help.

    Many thanks,

Please explain in detail what you want to do referring to specific cells, rows, columns and sheets using a few examples from your data.

    Re: Macro for Filters

    Hi Mumps1

many thanks for taking a look.

I am looking to paste over the existing data in sheets: Carbon Capture, Downstream, Hydrogen, Midstream & Renewables with updated data each month.

what i need to be able to do is keep the filters at the top without loosing them and having to go in to each sheet each month.

    Many thanks,

Please explain in detail what you mean by this statement. You don't lose the filters unless you manually remove them so I'm not sure what you mean by

    Re: Macro for Filters

For as far as I can see, you only want to filter EPC in 3 sheets everytime.

If so, then put this behind the Dashboard sheetmodule. The filtering takes place after activating the dashboard sheet. If not, some extra explanation is needed.
