When counting the number of times exist hour 7 (for example), is it for AM and PM ?

i have excel of version 2019.
Sir i only want that you provide me the file from which you showed the screenshot in reply no. #10 (please attach that file in the reply)
I am doing Mechanical Engineering. Currently i am doing a experiment to analyze the gearing system. From our project of gear system, we collect the data of its movement. We want such excel file to plot graphs for our understandings.
Currently i have no free time to learn power query. But as i have recognized its power, i will definitely learn this later in my free time.
But for now please give me the Excel file that you used for screenshot in reply#10.
Attached for your edification. Please update your profile to reflect that you are using 2019 and not 2016 as shown. When you ask for a PQ solution, one can only assume you know what to do with Mcode when supplied.
