VBA - format dynamic range of cells

Hi everybody,

i have an problem in VBA wich i cant solve on my own.

i am working with some data sheets wich is dynamic.

i want vba to select and format this dynamic range of cells.

the attached file contains a workbook with 2 sheets.
Sheet1 where i want to run the macro (you cans see how
the result should look liken, and the other red sheet
is the data wich i need to forma.

in this particular case the dynamic range is from A8 to P34

i hope i explainde my problem understandable.
