convert formula CF to vba CF

hello
I use this formula in condition formatting =COUNTIFS(sheet2!$B:$B,TRIM($B2)&" "&TRIM($C2)&" "&TRIM($D2))=0 to highlight items are not matched in sheet 3 with sheet2 .
so waht I want convert this formula to vba until if update data in sheet2 to become the items are not matched to matched items and delete the color from sheet3 for item .
