How to automate a process to verify if a user belongs to a list/type

    Dear friends !

Greetings, I'm a newcomer to this world. I'd like to ask for your help with the following:

I'm working at an office, where everyday we get 5 types of users, to facilitate the example, I'll call them as: Type 1, Type 2, Type 3, Type 4, Type 5, and we only register their full name, and ID number.

The amount of Type 1, Type 2 and Type 4 users can vary each day, but Type 3 and Type 5 is a fixed amount of people (50 and 7 respectively)

For the users we have a list everyday, that correspond to the people that are supposed to go to the office, and another excel sheets, with the people that actually go

I need to create a report where automatically it can get the data from the excel sheet with the people that have attended to the office, and compare it with the list of people that are supposed to go, so I can compare the people that actually go, with the guys that were suppose to attend. The final result, is to compare those two list and tell if the information of a person is correct, and to which group it belongs too, also, if a person is on one list, but not on the other one, it should say so, in order to look further on that matter.

I'll attach an example document, with further explanation. If someone could help me with this, I'd really appreaciate it !
