Lay Bet Sheet Help

I am currently working on a manual Lay Betting sheet which I wouls love a guru to help me out with the formulas required
I have a sheet partly designed but it need to be finished and polished
I am hoping someone may take an interest in this project
I have attached my latest workout and I guess it is a work in progress
I will also add a txt file describing my betting plan
