You can simply copy and paste tables between Word and Excel without any special conversion. However, paragraph marks inside a Word table cell will be split into multiple cells in Excel.

It sounds like it's possible to do this with VBA.
Which direction do they need to copied?
Are they in more than one file? If so, how can you identify which files?
Please give a realistic example of what your source looks like and what you want the result to look like.

I only know a little about VBA. Some codes can be understood, but I can't think of the code to solve the problem just by myself. I don't know how to learn advance vba.
