You can simply copy and paste tables between Word and Excel without any special conversion. However, paragraph marks inside a Word table cell will be split into multiple cells in Excel.
Edit: Too late

It sounds like it's possible to do this with VBA.
Which direction do they need to copied?
Are they in more than one file? If so, how can you identify which files?
Please give a realistic example of what your source looks like and what you want the result to look like.
First of all, thank you for your answer.
I don't know whether I can use VBA to realize the exchange of word and excel forms. In my work, word documents often have forms and words arranged cross.
I just want to extract the contents of the forms into excel. Or sometimes need to paste the EXCEL form directly into the word document.
I don't know if VBA can do it.
Hello? is it possible to do this with VBA
Try this. Press button in Sheet2.
Wow, you are amazing! Thanks a lot. But one more question, is it possible separate tables with blank lines, I mean form1 and form2 are two tables.
You asked for a VBA solution. How well do you know VBA?
I only know a little about VBA. Some codes can be understood, but I can't think of the code to solve the problem just by myself. I don't know how to learn advance vba.

Sorry, I used the version of office 2019. Running that code, I found that the two tables are connected, but I found that the other version works normally. I don't know what's wrong.
What's "the other version"?
