Copy table data body range to another table

I have two main tables, and I am looking to copy each table rows to the result table
and adject the result table (add or delete entire row) based on the main table rows count

about tables under each other, I need this point because I will use it in this design
I think this procedure will be fine
- delete table rows
- add x rows (same main table rows count)
- paste value
