send email VBA not working

This worked once and then never again.
When the workbook is opened, the macro auto runs and checks cells in column I for conditions. If condition is true, then an email should be generated and sent out, and the J cell in the row should be populated with the phrase "Email Sent". This should happen for every row that meets the condition.
When I open the workbook the macros do run but it is only populating column J with "Email Sent" but not actually sending an email.
