ListData From Multiple Sheets

Hi, If someone could help me....

Need a VBA Macro.

Need a list data that is based in the data from 2 columns, each columns from different worksheet.

A VBA macro that create in an existing file
Worksheet3 with name Final ( in cell A1 will have the listdata from worksheet 1 + Worksheet 2)

Worksheet1 = Data in columns C starting from row 4 to last written cell

Worksheet2 = Data in columns C starting from row 4 to last written cell


Listdata in worksheet3(A1) should not have duplicates neither empty cells.

Some sample data of 8-10 records and a mocked up solution (no pictures) would be very helpful.
