automatically send out emails upon dates

Hi Everyone,

I am creating an excel file based on follow up calls. I have created a base which includes Name, Email, Date, Follow up date Example follow up calls.xlsx. I am attempting for a daily email to be sent to a contact with a list of that days required follow up emails.

The base of the excel is built by adding the company info, date contacted and uses EDATE to provide follow up date - follow up dates are conditionally formatted red based upon ='$K2<=TODAY()'.
Is it possible for the email to contain all the date from the line or solely just the cell value?

Would it be easier for me to programme an automatic email sent when cell changes to a red highlight, or an email of cells with today's date?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your IF statement includes a reference to "LESS THAN" an email duplicate will be sent each day the macro is run, until the company info is deleted from the workbook.

Suggest including a line of code that deletes the row of data after the email is sent ... or don't reference a date less than the current date.
